I accidentally sent my client extra credits. What now?
Please write in an email request (using the same email account you registered with) to info@getarrange.com.
Please include:
- details of what happened; and
- the client's email to whom you have sent wrongly.
We then will follow up accordingly. Needless to say, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis and to prevent fraud, we may contact the client affected as well.
