Through this partnership, we aim to provide our Certified Estate Planners (CEPs) and their clients with a one-stop comprehensive estate planning solution. If your clients face difficulties travelling, or for urgent cases, you can book onsite consultations for the following documents:

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Form 1
Advance Medical Directive (AMD)
Mental Capacity Assessment (MCA)

Financial Projections Tool Beta Release

Secondly, we are excited to announce the release of our Financial Projections tool (beta), free for any financial advisers to try out until 7 July 2023. CEPs can load assets from Will into this tool, saving you the hassle of manually keying in data. This tool will eventually succeed and replace gA-Crystal after 7 Jul 2023.

If you have ever used spreadsheets, calculators, drawings or any planner to analyse your client's finances, you will appreciate how this tool is designed to help you visualise complex financial profiles and scenarios and to help your clients make informed decisions with ease (e.g. when would I run out of money or what is the earliest age I can retire). WhatsApp Support Channel for CEP

Thirdly, we have recently completed the transition to a centralised WhatsApp support channel for all CEPs' needs. All CEPs are automatically added to the channel. If you are a CEP, you would have already receive a greeting message from this new channel.

With this new channel, you can get quick and personalised assistance from our support team. Whether you have a question about a specific feature, need help with troubleshooting, or just want to share feedback, our team is here to help! We will also share articles related to estate planning occasionally to help you engage your clients and start meaningful conversations.

Estate Planning Videos are now available in Mandarin

Lastly, our estate planning videos are now available in both English and Mandarin for you to share with your clients. These videos cover important topics such as the necessity of wills and the process of estate planning, designed to help your clients make informed decisions about their estate.
