Upcoming Platform Upgrade on 26 Feb 2024 (Scheduled Downtime: 26 Feb 2024, 12AM - 6AM)
We will be rolling out a major platform upgrade to increase flexibility in our CEP Platform workflow, and introduce exclusive features for our CEP Pro users. This upgrade is scheduled for 26 Feb 2024. Please note that to facilitate this upgrade, there will be scheduled downtime on 26 Feb 2024 from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

1. Streamlined CEP Workflow for Greater Flexibility
Flexible Workflow Navigation: Seamlessly move between editing the Will, performing email verification to setup user account, issuing an invoice, and generating the final Will.
Extended Email Verification: Email verification codes will be valid for up to 7 days, allowing you to complete email verification at your convenience, separate from the invoicing process.
Automated Send Will: Immediate confirmation after issuing an invoice is no longer necessary. When a client pays off an invoice, the Send Will steps are automatically completed, and the ability to generate or update the final Will into PDF is enabled.
Printable Snapshot: Snapshot breakdown of who gets what is made printer-friendly so you can easily download or print it as a PDF to share with the client.
2. New Invoice Capability
Invoicing Changes: Send email reminders for outstanding invoices along with the payment links, or void incorrect invoices directly through your account. User (client) accounts will prominently display a payment link if there is an outstanding invoice, with all functionalities restricted until the invoice is paid or voided. Meanwhile, CEP accounts can edit the will but cannot generate or update the final Will into PDF until the invoice is paid or voided.
View Invoice History: View outstanding invoices, past paid invoices, as well as past introduction fees paid out to you.
3. Enhanced Will Management
Download Draft Will: Generate and offer clients a preview of their Will drafts even before invoicing.
Retrieve/Update Last Generated Will: Download the last generated Will at any time without including the latest changes. Click "Update Will" to update it with the latest changes.
Change Detection (Experimental): View and compare any detected changes since the last generated Will.
4. **Exclusive CEP Pro Features**
Pre-fill Will Data via User Account: CEP Pro subscribers will be able to set up user accounts at any stage in your workflow (even before invoicing), allowing clients to pre-fill or edit their details directly into the system before meeting you.
Access Control on Linked User Accounts: Manage user account functionalities, including enabling/disabling editing, generating and downloading of Wills. Set the default for all new user accounts, as well as customise the individual access of each user account at any time.
Public Profile Page: Enhance your professional visibility with a CEP Pro-exclusive public profile page on our site, complete with a contact form to connect with potential clients directly.
