Common Examples: 100% to children or the children's estate

Rationale: This is suitable for grandparents. As the family size is bigger, rather than a more complicated micromanagement type of planning, it is more straightforward to have the entire estate divided between the (adult) children.

In the event their adult children do not survive them, the inheritance will still be given to the (dead) beneficiaries in which case will be distributed based on the deceased child's estate (i.e. based on the adult's child's Will or Intestate Succession Act distribution).

To achieve this, fill up the details and selections in “Update Profile” and “Appoint People” accordingly.

In the “Allocate Assets” page, you can leave all assets as “No specific allocation”, in which case they will be distributed based on the “Allocate Residual Assets” section.

Under "Allocate Residual Assets", allocate to the children accordingly.

In the “Select Clauses” page, leave the survivorship period as 30 days and select “Still be given to him/her”.
