Do I need to reprint and re-sign the Will whenever the assets on the platform are updated?
When you update the assets on the platform, reprinting and re-signing the Will is unnecessary if the changes do not result in any material changes to the Will.
If the edits result in changes to the Will, you will see "There are changes since the last generated Will" in the Will Summary page.
As for the edits to the assets, you can simply regenerate and reprint the asset list while retaining the previously signed Will. It is perfectly fine for the two documents to have different dates. The asset list is not part of the Will and does not need to be submitted with the Will when applying for a Grant of Probate. Instead, it serves as a reference for completing the Schedule of Assets form.
What information in the platform will not be shown in the Will?
For assets with no "Additional Instructions" AND "No specific allocation", they will NOT appear in the Will (to minimise clutter).
Additionally, the market value keyed into the platform does not affect the Will as it will not be reflected on the Will itself. (Read more on Why should I key in the asset's market value now even though it will still change in the future?)
All assets, including the market values, will be reflected in the asset list.
