Who manages the distribution of my assets after I die?

You have to appoint Executor(s) in your Will and he will carry out this duty. He need not be a trained professional and can even seek professional help in executing your Will (all expenses drawn from your assets). So PLEASE choose someone you trust and/or a reputable trained professional to do it.
