What conditions should I put for my testamentary trust?
Well, it is entirely up to you! You can also check out the "typical conditions" people choose by selecting from the list available to you.
To do so, click on the box under "On the following condition:" and then click on "choose from list".
Select and edit from one of option available.
In the event it's not exactly what you want, you can still manually type and edit from the "On the following condition:" box itself.
Do make sure that your trustee will be able to understand and follow your instructions if you intend to use your own free text.
E.g. if your condition is "if my child is a good person", this is subjective leaving your trustee scratching his/her head.
