Funeral wishes may not be legally binding, but at a minimum, it is a statement of your wishes and other information that you hope your family will follow. You can also write here if you have already pre-bought any funeral packages for yourself.

So in essence, it is entirely up to you! You can leave it blank, or the type of funeral you would want (e.g. I would like a Catholic funeral).
