Assets not listed under "Summary of Gifts" in Snapshot

"Summary of Gifts" show the total value & breakdown for each person / trust is computed by adding your specific gifts and residual gift to them. Secured loans are apportioned according to the asset that is backing it. 

Please note that it DOES NOT account for any open ended inputs under instructions, any assets that will be rightfully theirs (i.e. joint assets), joint assets allocated to them, or nominated insurance policies.

Additionally, the following assets will also appear in a separate "Beyond Scope of This Will" section at the bottom instead.

  • Joint assets (since surviving joint-owners will automatically inherit it UNLESS you survive them)
  • CPF savings (can only be allocated through CPF nomination)
  • Assets in countries that is not within the "Scope of Assets" in your Will
