How do I appoint multiple (joint) guardians?

Appoint 2 guardians to act jointly with the surviving parent

In the Appoint People tab, select "No guardianship clause" for Appoint Guardian.

In the Select Clauses tab, toggle on "Other Instructions" and key in the following accordingly:

Appointment of Guardians

I appoint my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details} and my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details} to be joint Guardians with the surviving parent of my minor child(ren). Should any of my appointed Guardians die before me, refuses to act or is unable to act, or his/her appointment does not take effect for any other reason, I appoint the following personnel in order of priority to replace him/her:

(a) My {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}
(b) My {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details} ...

By default, based on the Guardianship of Infants Act, the joint guardians you appointed will act jointly with the surviving parent.

Rights of surviving parent as to guardianship

6.—(1) On the death of the father of an infant, the mother, if surviving, shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be guardian of the infant, either alone or jointly with any guardian appointed by the father. When no guardian has been appointed by the father or if the guardian or guardians appointed by the father is or are dead or refuses or refuse to act, the court may if it thinks fit appoint a guardian to act jointly with the mother.

(2) On the death of the mother of an infant, the father, if surviving, shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be guardian of the infant, either alone or jointly with any guardian appointed by the mother. When no guardian has been appointed by the mother or if the guardian or guardians appointed by the mother is or are dead or refuses or refuse to act, the court may if it thinks fit appoint a guardian to act jointly with the father.
