How do I give my Estate to someone else if all my intended beneficiary(s) dies before me instead of following the Intestate Succession Act?
In the Select Clauses tab under Other Instructions, toggle on and type in the following:
If all my intended beneficiary(s) dies before me, the share of my estate which would have been distributed in accordance with Intestate Succession Act shall be redistributed to {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Details}.
You can also give to an organisation such as to a charity instead of a person.
