How do I terminate / cancel / unsubscribe my gA-Crystal subscription?
If you wish to cancel the auto renewal of this subscription, kindly log into your adviser account and under Settings -- Payment & Account, click on "Cancel Plan" under the Add-ons. You will still have access to gA-Crystal until the end of your current subscription period (e.g. until 24 Nov 2021).
When your CEP subscription eventually cancels, you will no longer be able to access gA-Crystal. All gA-Crystal data including any saved presets / simulations / profiles in your account will also be permanently deleted.
You can always re-subscribe to gA-Crystal whenever you need it again.
