Can I do/nominate a trust for my CPF nomination?

For CPF nominations, while you cannot nominate the trust itself per se, you can nominate individuals and/or organisations which includes charities, trust companies etc..

Specifically for living trusts, you can nominate it to the trustee (who can be an individual or a licensed trust company) provided there's a separate documentation in the trust detailing about the monies in your CPF savings.

However, for trusts that do not exist yet (e.g. testamentary trust), because the trust is not setup it's contentious what happens then. To be safe, strictly based on getArrange.com platform (which can draft testamentary trusts), the platform does not allow the users to do so through it.
