How do I change my Identification Number (e.g. NRIC) and/or Name in the "Update Profile" tab?

For Certified Estate Planner

If you are a Certified Estate Planner, you can unlock and edit these details by clicking on "Edit" button.

For User

If you are a user (magenta account) and have genuinely keyed in the wrong details previously, please contact the Certified Estate Planner who assisted you.

You can also write in (through the same user's email) to info@getarrange.com using the format below. We usually reply within 3-5 working days and might require additional verification before you can edit your name and identification number accordingly.

I would like to request the name and identification details in this account be unlocked as <insert reason>.

For security reasons, once the Identification Number (ID) and Full Name has been keyed in and saved in the Update Profile page, the details will be locked for user accounts.
