How do I change my Identification Number (e.g. NRIC) and/or Name in the "Update Profile" tab?
For security reasons, once the Identification Number (ID) and Full Name has been keyed in and saved in the Update Profile page, the details will be locked.
If you are a user (magenta account) and have genuinely keyed in the wrong details previously, please write in (through the same user's email) to email@example.com. We usually reply within 1-2 working days before you can edit your name and identification number accordingly.
For Certified Estate Planner
If you are a Certified Estate Planner, you can reset the entire Will using the " Delete Draft" button on the top right hand panel.
Please note that resetting is non-reversible, it deletes all inputs from Update Profile to Review Will.
In the case whereby you have really keyed in a lot of details and do not wish to start from scratch, you can just "Send Will" to your client and have your client (through the client's email) email firstname.lastname@example.org to change subsequently. We usually reply within 1-2 working days before your client can edit the name and identification number accordingly.
