How do I give instructions for the Executor to liquidate ALL assets before distributing?

Generally, people tend to only specify to liquidate specific "big item stuff" such as properties or motor vehicles instead of ALL assets to expedite the process as there might be a lot of other "small item stuff" such as mobile phones, etc. In the former, for all other belongings not specified, the executors will then decide what to do with them given the relatively lower value of these items. While not obliged to, the executor can also speak with the beneficiaries for their opinions.

If say you want your Executor to liquidate ALL assets before distributing, you can do so by keying in the following in the "Select Clauses" tab under "Other Instructions":

I direct my Executor(s) to liquidate all assets before distribution.
