How do I give instructions for the Executor(s) to have the sole and absolute discretion whether to liquidate any immovable asset(s) before distributing to the intended beneficiaries?
Under Select Clauses, toggle on "Other Instructions" and key in
I leave it to the sole and absolute discretion of my Executor(s) to
- liquidate in part or in entirety my immovable assets; or
- not liquidate my immovable assets (i.e. to distribute them as they are),
before distribution.
