How do I list/allocate my investments (e.g. shares of publicly listed companies, funds) in the platform?

When you give (allocate asset) a bank account to your beneficiary(s), this includes giving the monies inside the bank account itself. Similarly, for investments, you distribute them by giving the account which will also include any shares/funds held inside it.

You can also leave the "Allocate asset <3" section as "No specific allocation" for it to be distributed based on the percentages under "Allocate Residual Assets".

This also means that you would need to check if the investment account is a custodian or a non-custodian account.

For custodian accounts, any shares bought will be held in custody with the brokerage you use (e.g. Moomoo). Typically, most Robo-advisors are custodian accounts. In getArrange platform if you allocate it to your beneficiaries, this would include the investments in it.
For non-custodian accounts, any shares bought through it will be transferred to another account(s) such as Singapore's Central Depository (CDP) account. In getArrange platform even if you allocate the asset to your beneficiaries, it EXCLUDES any shares/investments bought through it as they are held separately in another account.
There also exists hybrids where local stocks (e.g. Singtel) will be transferred and held in CDP while foreign shares are held in custody.
Individual share prices/indexes/funds fluctuate over time, which is why people generally distribute their investments as a whole (i.e. like a giant portfolio consisting of various investments from different brokerages/trading accounts), as opposed to individual shares/accounts to different beneficiaries. To do so, list down each individual accounts and under "Allocate asset <3", distribute accordingly (or leave it all as "No specific allocation" for it to be distributed based on the percentages under "Allocate Residual Assets").
