Do I have to sign the Will the same date as when it is generated?
By default, all Wills generated from getArrange have a timestamp on when it is generated from the system.
You can sign the Will at a later date so long as you follow the signing instructions found on Page 2 of the Will.
If you are signing the Will at a much later time/date than when it is generated, do read the contents of the Will again to make sure the Will accurately reflects your wishes.
In the Will under "Date of Signing", please put in accurately based on the date where the testator and the two witnesses sign the Will.
DO NOT backdate the signing date to the date of the consultation or when the Will is generated from the system.
