Can I input chinese characters in getArrange platform?

Our system accepts chinese characters in the universal format (i.e. Unicode) and does generate the Will with chinese characters.

If you are unable to see the chinese characters in the generated PDF:

  • It could be the pdf viewer issue (e.g. the current pdf viewer you are using does not read chinese characters). In this case, you should try downloading the PDF file and open with another PDF reader (e.g. Adobe PDF).
  • It could also be that the chinese characters are copied directly from a third-party source (e.g. pdf) and those characters are encoded differently and hence our system is unable to generate out the characters. In this case, do check that your device language and keyboard settings are using “简体中文, Chinese, Simplified”, and key in the details manually. For non-sensitive information, you can also copy those chinese characters and send them through WhatsApp to yourself which will properly encode the characters. Then copy those text and paste them into our system instead.
