"Send Will" -- Verification and Payment

Verification

As the client will be receiving one-year complimentary access to his own user account, this step is important to ensure data security.

After the client has reviewed his inputs, click on the "Setup User Account".

You will be redirected to the Setup User Account page. Select either activation options and key in your client's email.

"Activate After Payment" will only allow the user to access after payment is made (including at $0 if chosen). "Activate Immediately" is only available to CEP Pro subscribers and will allow access even before any payment.

This will send an One-Time-Password (OTP) to the client's email. Key in the OTP and click “Confirm”.

Always use the client's actual genuine email for sending the Will. This ensures security and direct access for clients. Do not use your own personal email addresses or fake temporary email addresses as substitutes. Creating new emails for clients is acceptable under specific circumstances, such as when a client is not tech-savvy, provided the client ultimately controls the email account (e.g. the email's username and password should be given to the client and advise the client to change the email password accordingly).

There is no need to stay on the page to await the authorisation code as the code is valid for 7 days. You can reload the specific Will profile and go to the "Setup User Account" page again to key in the code.

Payment

At the payment page, click on the pencil to set the pricing accordingly. After editing the price, choose the payment method and click on “Collect Payment”.

Do NOT tick on the “Review by getArrange.com” if you do not require it.

The client will receive an automated email from Stripe containing the invoice and the "Stripe Payment link". The same link can be access from the CEP account by clicking on the “Payment link” button. You can refresh the payment page or click on "Check Payment" which will automatically redirect you to the summary page to generate the Will once payment is complete.

You can trigger an email reminder on the payment to be sent via our system to the client by clicing on the "Email payment reminder".

If you have made a mistake on the pricing, you will need to void the invoice first by clicking on the "Void this invoice" button before reissuing another invoice.

The client will also automatically receive

  • an email receipt from getArrange.com and;
  • a separate email which includes a link to activate / set up the account (if any account has not been set up yet)

Typically the automated emails to clients are instantaneous, but the emails might end up in the spam mail etc. or take slightly longer depending on the email server setting. If the client is unable to find the email containing the registration/activation link, he can get the system to resend the registration link here.
