Can I allocate an asset which I expect to inherit in the future?
You can list expected future assets such as inheritance and allocate it accordingly like any assets. But we would still recommend that you update your Will accordingly AFTER you have received your inheritance.
In the event you did not receive the inheritance or die before receiving the inheritance, specifically Wills from getArrange, the gift will no longer be valid.
Simply add the asset and beside the asset’s name/type add a [to be inherited from XXX in the future]. You can allocate it and/or add instructions to the asset as per any other assets that you already own.
For "to-be-inherited" assets shared by other owners which you do not know who the other owners are, select the ownership accordingly, key in your own percentage and click on the “bin” icon.
