How do I instruct that my property be held in trust, rented out if the market is unfavourable, and then sold when it becomes favourable?

For HDB flat's, you will need to seek approval before putting it in a trust.

Otherwise, under the Allocate Asset page within the asset, allocate the asset accordingly and add in the following under Additional Instructions.

This property is to be held in trust by my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification details/number}. {Name} shall have full discretion in managing this asset, including the authority to determine the timing of its sale based on the property’s market value. Should the property market be favourable, {Name} is empowered to sell the property immediately. Alternatively, if the property market is deemed unfavourable, {Name} is authorised to rent out the property until such a time when he/she deems the property market is favourable to sell the property. Any rental income and proceeds from the sale of the property shall be divided among the beneficiaries in the same proportions as indicated in this Will.
