What if I keyed in the wrong email for verification?

In the event you keyed in the wrong email, you can still change it in the "Setup User Account" page. To access the "Setup User Account" page, simply load the profile, under “…” in the top right-hand corner, click on Setup User Account.

Click on the "Send New Code" button and key in the new email to send the authorisation code to the new email.

How do I know if the profile has not been verified yet?

As per the image above, within individual Will profile in the "Setup User Account" page, it will ask you to key in the authorisation code.

Additionally, in the Load & Edit Will page, under "User Account Email", it will be reflected as "Pending".
