How do I list down my asset which is currently held (for safekeeping or other purposes) by another person?
It is best to first have a signed agreement with the other party to prevent any disputes regarding the ownership of the asset down the line.
Please use the "Consult Lawyer" function within the platform if you need to consult a lawyer to draft the agreement.
Otherwise, you can list the asset under "Other Assets" as such:
Item name:
{Asset} held by my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}
Identifying details (e.g. description, location)
Held on my behalf, located at {location}
