How do I upload the soft copy of my Will in My Legacy Vault?
This article covers on uploading the soft copy of your Will in My Legacy Vault.
Please refer to this article on storage of information on the Will (i.e. which firm drew up the Will, when it was made, information on the executors and other notes and instructions such as where the Will is kept).
Please refer to this article on selecting and configuring Trusted Persons, who can access the information based on your configuration (such as upon your demise).
You will need to complete all of the above in order to have a complete set of digital information on your Will which will be shared upon your death.

The accuracy and relevance of the information stored is entirely dependent on how up-to-date it is. For instance, if you upload an old Will but fail to update it when a new Will is created (which revokes the earlier Will), the latest Will remains legally valid. However, My Legacy would still share the outdated Will, which would be revoked and unusable.
For safekeeping of physical documents, you should consider professional custody services such as our gA-Vault.
