I direct my Executor(s) to liquidate this asset before distribution. My Executor(s) is to engage my trusted property agent, {Name}, {Salesperson's Registration Number}, {Contact Info}, for the liquidation. My Executor(s) may engage other property agent(s) to arrange the sale of this property if {Name} refuses to or is unable to do so.
Property agents in Singapore are registered as Salesperson under the Council for Estate Agencies. You can search for their Salesperson's Registration Number in CEA’s website.
