How do I appoint different guardianship configurations for my children from previous and current marriages?

In the Appoint People tab, select "No guardianship clause" for Appoint Guardian.

Depending on the configuration required, you can key in the following instructions under Select Clauses >> Other Instructions.

Example

Appoint guardians to act jointly WITH the surviving parent for my minor child(ren) from previous marriage and appoint guardians to act ONLY IF no parent survives for my minor child(ren) from current marriage


Appointment of Guardians


[For my minor child(ren) with my ex-{Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}]

I appoint my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}, to be joint Guardian with the surviving parent of my minor child(ren) with my ex-{Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}. Should this appointed Guardian die before me, refuses to act or is unable to act, or his/her appointment does not take effect for any other reason, I appoint the following personnel in order of priority to replace him/her:

(a) My {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}

(b) My {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}...


[For my minor child(ren) with my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}]

If no parent of my minor child(ren) with my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}, survives, I appoint my {Relationship}, {Name}, {Identification Number/details}, to be the guardian of the said minor child(ren). Should this appointed Guardian die before me, refuses to act or is unable to act, or his/her appointment does not take effect for any other reason, I appoint the following personnel in order of priority to replace him/her:
