CEP Pro Features: Changing Client's User Account Access Settings

This feature is only accessible to CEP Pro.

As the CEP you might have several considerations of your own on what your client can or cannot access within his own User Account. If you would like to change the settings of a specific client, within the client’s Will profile, click on the “…” >> “Setup User Account”, and you will be able to change the specific client’s access settings.

At the configure User Account page, you will now be able to configure the settings accordingly.

The changes will be effected on that particular User Account.

If you would like to change the settings for ALL future clients, you can do so by changing the “Client Default Settings”. Do note that the changes will only affect future User Accounts setup through you.

If you would like to effect the changes to previous User Accounts which have already been setup, you will need to access each profile and change them individually.


Changing Client Default Settings

To access the “Client Default Settings”, click on the icon on the top left corner and click “Settings”.

Click “Client Default Settings”.

You can now update the configurations which will affect all future User Accounts created for clients accordingly.
