How do I get my OTP?
Note that OTP is not send via SMS. You have to retrieve it from your app as described below.
If you are being prompted to provide OTP (one time password) during login or to load your Will as seen in the images below, it means that you have already set up 2FA (two factor authentication) for your account.
Getting your OTP token
- 1
- Open the Authy or Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app on the device which you use to first set up your 2FA. (e.g. mobile phone)
- 2
- Get the 6 digit OTP code from the row that shows getarrange.com (xxx@xxx.xxx)
When you first enable 2FA in your account, you would have install either Authy or Google authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your device (e.g. mobile phone) and set it up as described in this article. If you had used an iPhone to scan the QR code directly, your iPhone could have stored the code in the iPhone Passwords app—you can go the the Passwords app to select the account to view the code. You will have to check back on the same device to get the OTP.
If you cannot find the codes in Authy or Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator or iOS Passwords app in your device, please also search your device for any other Authenticator apps which they might be in. You may have unknowingly scanned the QR code directly from your camera app or some QR code scanner apps which directed you to some other unknown Authenticator apps which may not be as secure.
In that case, after logging in, please switch the 2FA to using Authy or Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator or iOS Passwords app by disabling under Settings -- Security (2FA) and set up your 2FA again as described in this article.
