Singpass Login

The following guide outlines how to activate and deactivate Singpass Login for your getArrange account, including the do’s and don’ts for keeping your accounts secure.

Enabling Singpass Login

Login to the getArrange account that you wish to use Singpass Login.

Note: Do NOT register your Singpass on getArrange accounts that are not yours. Similarly, do NOT allow others to register their Singpass on your getArrange accounts. This is critical for account security.

Go to Settings -- Singpass Login.

Read the Important Notice and click on "Enable Singpass Login".

Note: You need to have 2FA enabled in order to start using Singpass Login.

Click on "Log in with Singpass" and follow the steps on the Singpass website. Note: You will be redirected to the Singpass website during this step.

Enter your password for verification.

Congratulations! You can now use Singpass to login!

Disabling Singpass Login

Login to the getArrange account that you wish to deactivate Singpass Login.

Go to Settings -- Singpass Login.

Check the confirmation box and click on "Disable Singpass Login".

Your Singpass Login is now disabled. You can re-enable it at anytime by repeating the steps above, in Enabling Singpass Login.

You can re-enable Singpass Login at any time by repeating the steps above, in Enabling Singpass Login.
