getArrange Witness Program
By far, most Will registry or their equivalent do not contain the details of the witnesses to the Will or their contact information. getArrange Witness Program is a optional function which creates a record that the Will is signed in the presence of witnesses.
To access this function, click on the “Record Witnesses” in the dashboard.
(1) Select the testator
(2) Select the date/time of the signing
(3) Click on the (+) button to add the details of the Witness
Only clients who have completed the verification and payment steps will appear.
(4) Key in the witness details according and click on "Submit". Records keyed in here will be saved in getArrange backend database.
Note to getArrange Certified Estate Planners:
You can go to your dashboard and click on "View Records" to view your clients’ witnesses’ details that were successfully submitted, provided the witnesses opted in for the part under "I also agree to be contacted by Certified Estate Planner ...".
[For FAPL CEPs only] If you require such documentation, please note that some clients might have opted out. Consequently, they may not appear under your "View Records", even though they are still in our getArrange backend database. A more appropriate method for documentation is to take a photograph of the signed signing page of the Will (found on the last page of the Will).
